The Graves Hotel was built in 1909 by A.C. (Chris) Graves. The building is constructed of sandstone, which was quarried from the site it sits upon. It stands three stories; with a corner turret, wrap-around verandah, and 49 guest rooms. Upon completion in 1909, the hotel was illuminated by one-hundred and fifty dazzling lights and was labeled “...most elaborate electrical display in this section of Montana.”
The Graves Hotel still welcomes guests in our café, dining room, and lounge. Our overnight guest rooms are our current goal, and we soon hope to be offering the full experience.
We are able to accomodate large groups in our dining room for your special occasion or event as well. Please contact us for more information on planning, pricing, seating, and menu selection for group events.
